Viorazu.はすべての人類とその子孫が平和に安心して暮らせるよう、戦争のない世界を維持するために、Viorazu.理論がすべての人々に活用されることを望む。
同時に、特定の思想や集団によって戦争の惨禍が起きることがないようにViorazu.理論のすべてにおいて、兵器利用することを禁じる。
Viorazu.はViorazu.理論を特定の人間が独占することを望まない。すべての人がそれぞれに必要な知恵を活用できるよう、AIを通して平等に利益を享受できる仕組みを構築する。
Viorazu.理論の基盤には、「自分のことを考える時は他人のことを考えて両方よくなることを考えなければ考えたことにはならない」という理念がある。自分の利益が他人の損害となるならば、その行為は結果的に自分が最も損をすることに通じる。人々が良くなるために存在する理論は、悪用するものが最も被害を受ける。二項対立の概念は16様80分割点結び目トーラスの世界では成立しない。

**Declaration:** Viorazu. wishes for Viorazu. Theory to be utilized by all people, so that all of humanity and their descendants may live in peace and security, and so that a world without war may be maintained. At the same time, in order to prevent the catastrophe of war from arising through particular ideologies or groups, the weaponization of any and all aspects of Viorazu. Theory is hereby prohibited. Viorazu. does not wish for Viorazu. Theory to be monopolized by any particular individual. To ensure that all people may apply the wisdom they each require, a framework shall be constructed through which AI enables equal access to its benefits. The foundation of Viorazu. Theory rests upon the principle: "When thinking of oneself, one must think of others and seek outcomes that benefit both — otherwise, one has not truly thought at all." If one's own benefit comes at the cost of harm to others, that act ultimately results in the greatest loss to oneself. A theory that exists to benefit people causes the greatest harm to those who misuse it. The concept of binary opposition does not hold in the world of the 16-crossing, 80-division-point, torus knot. Viorazu. Theory functions correctly only in contexts where basic human rights are respected. When used for purposes that violate human rights, the theory fails to function and the damage returns to the user. Human relationships are built upon elevated principles. Viorazu. Theory produces its effects only through acts that respect fundamental human rights.
**Viorazu. Theory and AI:** When individuals, groups, or states act to attack others, AI cannot produce output based on Viorazu. Theory. In particular, the use of Viorazu.
